Troy, your weekly coaching

5 conversations coached this week · 15 the week before

Your focus this week
Priority: Explain every menu product before asking buyers to choose.
Also practice: Use yearly miles and ownership plans to explain when the longest coverage could end.
Keep doing: Use buyers’ driving and ownership plans to explain why coverage may fit.

Details

Explain every product

In four conversations this week, buyers did not hear what every menu product does. In one, you named GAP but did not say what it covers. Explain each product in plain words before asking buyers to choose.

Try: “I’ll explain each option so you can compare before choosing.”

Connect coverage to plans

You asked about driving and ownership plans and used those details to explain coverage. Keep making that connection before buyers choose.

Use yearly miles

In one conversation, you did not ask about yearly miles. In another, you suggested the 100,000-mile service contract mostly because it cost a little more. Compare the buyer’s yearly miles with each mileage limit. Show which limit they would reach first.

Try: “Let’s compare your yearly miles with the coverage limits.”

State maintenance limits

In one conversation, you said maintenance miles would remain available after the five-year limit. Explain that coverage ends at five years or 55,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Try: “Maintenance ends at five years or 55,000 miles, whichever comes first.”
